Convert paper documents to electronic files, like Word®, Excel® or PDF® from your Toshiba e-STUDIO Multi-Function Device (MFD). The advanced scanning features of Toshiba MFDs make this a reality, and it all happens with the touch of a single button. This means the entire process is completely automated allowing your employees to take advantage of it immediately. How does it work?Documents are placed into the document feeder on your Toshiba e-STUDIO MFD, the user selects a template and moments later the files arrive at your desktop via email or a selected network drive. No user intervention is required, just open and begin editing with your favourite desktop application. As said, these include Microsoft Word®, Excel®, Adobe® PDF or even HTML web pages, to name a few.
